Yes. Standard shipping is free on all Canadian orders. We don’t currently ship to the United States; international shipping is limited to select destinations, and available options appear at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 days — please allow about 2–3 weeks in total from the day you order.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Yes, via standard postal networks. Some express or premium courier services may require a physical residential or commercial address.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unopened and in their original packaging — with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Email us at min.maskan@shoppingsimsim.com to request a return. If it’s approved, we’ll send return shipping instructions and, where applicable, a return label. Please don’t send items back without approval.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at min.maskan@shoppingsimsim.com.

Perishable goods (such as plants), personalized or custom-made products, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards aren’t eligible for return.

Please request a return for the original item. Once it’s approved and processed, you can place a separate order for the replacement.
